Congratulations to AMA Ferris’ April Member of the Month, Jake Locke! Jake is junior at Ferris and is a Marketing major. He joined AMA during the spring 2022 semester and became involved in the chapter’s activities quickly. He joined after hearing that it was a great way to expand his network through meeting others in his same field, as well as to participate in marketing-related activities such as workshops.
Since joining, Jake has become very involved, regularly attending general meetings, events, and most recently our spring Business and Basketball trip. Jake states that his favorite part of AMA Ferris thus far has been “meeting new people and also developing business skills.”
Outside of AMA and school, Jake enjoys going fishing, playing basketball, and volunteering at his church during his free time.
