Ferris AMA Takes a Spot in the Top 15 Chapters Nationwide

As a Top 15 Chapter of the Year at the 2025 AMA International Collegiate Conference in New Orleans, Ferris State University's American Marketing Association chapter is making an impact!
There are 331 chapters across the country. The award placed Ferris AMA in the 11–15 area, a significant achievement in our chapter's history.
This achievement is all the more significant because of the progress that it symbolizes. Our students not only achieved their objective of placing in the Top 25 after three years of reconstruction, but they went beyond it. Early morning meetings, strategy retreats, and a determined group of student leaders and members passionate about creating something greater than themselves are the reasons for the growth we've experienced this year.
“This achievement is a reflection of how far our chapter has come,” said our faculty advisor, Donna Green. “It’s been a long road, but every early 8 a.m. meeting, every retreat, every extra hour has paid off and I couldn’t be prouder.”
This honor is more than just a title; it is a testament to the enthusiasm, creativity, and determination that drives our chapter. We have shown our impact by organizing AMAzing events and establishing close relationships with our community and industry professionals.
We’re incredibly proud of our executive board, who work long nights and weekends to keep the chapter moving forward. We’re just as proud of every member who shows up to meetings, represents us at events, or shares our posts on social media. It takes a village, and we’re so grateful for ours.
